Laser Treatment of Spider Vessels
Many people are bothered by the clusters of small red blood vessels known as spider vessels that appear on the face or legs as blotchy red patches. Dr. Applebaum uses a special laser to eliminate these vessels in 1 or 2 treatments, with minimal recovery.
There is a condition that effects the cheek skin called Rosacea in which many of these small vessels occur together, giving a red blush to the cheek. A laser treatment can improve the redness and return the cheek to a normal appearance.
