About Us
A Heavenly Skin we offer a wide range of options for treating various skin conditions.
We combine lasers, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and prescription home care products to give you the final results you are aiming for. Other treatments include Botox, facials, massage therapy, and other body treatments. We are the only full service Candela laser center in the Pee-Dee region, and one of two in South Carolina.
We are staffed solely by medical professionals; licensed Nurses, a Nurse Practitioner, and a Physician. Not "technicians." We do not do manicures or pedicures. We are not a salon nor do we provide those services.
Our products and treatments are based on science, independent clinical data, and results, not "hype". Our therapies are individualized and goal-oriented! Our clients are typically serious about skin care and improvement and are ready to have a significant change. We can provide that! By using state-of-the-art scientifically proven medical-grade products, together we can achieve superior results. In our consultation we will remove your makeup and perform a Visia scan to determine your exact needs.
Our goal is to educate you about your options, as there are many available. If on exam we feel that you need more aggressive help, we will refer you to one of several dermatologists or plastic surgeons that we work with. People come to us and refer people to us because we are honest, thorough, and never try to "sell you" something that you don't need or won't benefit from. GentleYAG
For skin tightening, spider veins on your legs that are up to 2mm in size, wrinkles, and permanent hair reduction for darker skin types (IV-VI).
The Candela GentleYAG system safely and effectively treats a wide variety of cosmetic skin problems that before now were difficult or impossible to treat. Our GentleYAG laser technology is known for its ability to provide permanent hair reduction on tanned and very dark skin. It is also very commonly used to treat leg and facial spider veins as well as wrinkles and loose skin on the face and other parts of the body.
The GentleYAG System, a revolutionary long-pulse high energy laser emits a gentle beam of light that harmlessly passes through the skin where it is absorbed by the target. The laser energy is transformed into heat, leaving the surrounding skin unaffected. The skin is further protected during treatment by a Dynamic Cooling DeviceT where cryogen is sprayed onto the skin cooling the upper layers and providing patients with increased comfort. The Gentle Yag selectivity helps to protect the skin, while effectively treating the unwanted hair, vascular lesions or wrinkles.
