There are two ways to sign on to the Listserv.
1. Form based via the web.
2. Traditional email. To receive IO via LISTSERV send email to LISTSERV@listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu. Please add the following in the body of the text (anything in the "Subject:" line will be ignored):
SUB OPHTHAL Firstname Lastname Title City, State/Country
For example:
SUB OPHTHAL John Smith, MD Buffalo, New York
LISTSERV will respond automatically with detailed instructions by email.
