The Irish Association of Dermatologists is an all-Ireland professional body of dermatologists. This dermatologist organization was founded in 1964 and exists to promote for the public benefit, dermatology services in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. It pursues these objectives in a variety of ways including:-
* by stimulating, promoting and publishing appropriate medical and scientific dermatology research, and
* by holding conferences, meetings and seminars
