Since May, Dr. Nancy Windham of Windham Gynecology in Florence, has been performing SmartLipo in her office. The procedure, which uses a special type of laser and Ïtumescent techniqueÓ anesthesia to gently contour problem areas, offers patients a way to have liposuction without being put to sleep and with little downtime.
